Last October, four members of Yes to Life walked over 230km to raise £40,000 to support people living with cancer. It was their first time taking on the Camino and they learned a lot along the way.
Their hard work paid off and not only did they reach Santiago in one piece, they successfully reached the fundraising goal!
Taking part in the Camino Challenge for Yes to Life last year was far more than a physical journey; it was a deeply personal one. Each step reminded me of the resilience, courage, and hope that this community embodies every single day.
